Only unused and unopened items may be returned to Screens-People.com. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days of the
original receipt date. All non-defective products returned to Screens-People.com for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee(NO EXCEPTIONS). All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Warm prompt
● If products match return policy, Screens-People.com accepts product exchange only when supply bottlenecks or out of stock
happens, refund is accepted.
● If products mismatch return policy, customer could request parcel return if needed, or just abandon it.

SPECIFIED DECLARATION

As regards to the products do not fit our warranty policy or exchange and refund terms, or those are damaged by

customers, Screens-People.com reserves the right to deny taking after-sales obligations.

1. Full refund 
We will do all test then we send out LCD Screens to you. So We will not offer return shipping lable or pay return shipping fee,you need to cover it. When you send out the item by economic shipping or express shipping,you will get full refund,and we both may suffer shipping fee lost in this case.
2 Item Lack of Stock 
Our policy is that we will send the accurate PN when available,if not we will send compatible.
If you cannot accept it,please don’t buy it.
2. When the product is lost in transit to you by shipping company, we will refund fully or send you a new good item again.
